Thomas Graves began his commercial real estate career in 1992 after receiving his bachelors degree from Western Washington University. In January 2000 he formed Rainier Commercial Real Estate Services with the intention of exceeding the expectations of his clients.
Understanding that helping to facilitate the transaction is only part of his responsibilities, he has focused on providing a level of customer service and support that takes some of the performance burden off his client’s shoulders. He has extensive experience representing notable retailers such as Jared - Galleria of Jewelry, Schuck's Auto Supply, West Marine and Pearle Vision, with both their market expansion in growth modes and disposition of surplus locations when retracting. He is also the primary contact for Fitness 19's expansion nationally.A native of Gig Harbor, he and his wife moved back to his home town to raise their 2 children. In addition to his family, he spends his spare time playing golf, basketball and an occasional fly fishing trip.

Tony Omlin joined Rainier Commercial in September, 2001. Tony has 20 years of sales and leasing experience. He counts tenants TJ Maxx, Rite Aid, Payless Shoe Source, Fed Ex Kinko's, Pier 1 Imports, Marshall's, Maggiano's Little Italy and Famous Footwear as exclusive clients in the Northwest.
Tony is also experienced in project leasing, and has handled properties as large as 2 million square feet. He has a strong knowledge of Northwest retail markets, and has a loyal and satisfied client base.
Tony is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and lives with his family in Gig Harbor.
Michael Olsen joined Rainier Commercial in March of 2004. Michael specializes in representing national and regional retail tenants, as well as providing listing services for a select number of landlord clients. Michael's clients appreciate his "customer first" attitude...believing that by helping to achieve his clients' goals he will also achieve his own.
Michael's brokerage experience includes the Neil Walter Company, Staubach Retail Services, Terranomics Retail Services, and Grubb & Ellis.
Michael's clients include Spirit Halloween (national coverage), Panera Bread, West Marine, Regis Salons, Tuesday Morning, Hallmark, Papa John's Pizza (King & Kitsap County), Carl's Jr., Aspen Dental and Bassett Furniture. He has a bachelors' degree in Marketing from Seattle University and lives with his family in Gig Harbor, WA.
Brian Engelking joined Rainier Commercial in May of 2005. Brian specializes in tenant representation, retail leasing, and investment sales.
Brian's brokerage experience has been with Northwest Corporate RE, First Western Properties, and most recently with GVA Kidder Mathews. He was also the owner of a successful 15-store retail chain, AV Video, until selling in 1995.
Brian's client list includes Aaron's Rents, Arby's, Big Town Hero and Harbor Freight Tools.
Brian has been a Puget Sound resident for over thirty years and makes his home in Puyallup.
James Spitzer joined Rainier Commercial in October, 2009. James has over 20 years of retail real estate experience. James counts Albertson's, Kohl's and Home Depot as prior employers when he held various RE Management positions. Most recently James was with Regency Centers as their local area developer. James' unique and varied background offers his future clients a broker who has truly "been there and done that", on every level from site selection to store opening. <His ability to not only negotiate the right deal for his client, but also know the development process through the eyes of both a retailer and developer offers a perspective not often seen in a broker. His "can do" attitude and contagious optimism will help any client perform better and more efficiently.
James is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He, his wife and four children live in Gig Harbor. When there's a spare moment to play, James enjoys golf, fitness and wondering when CU will have a winning football team - again!
